These Terms govern your use of Fly Haram's website, mobile apps, and related services. By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using Fly Haram, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. About Fly Haram
Fly Haram is a commercial platform where users can discover hotels near Makkah and Madinah, read blogs, watch videos, view imam profiles, shop products, and use utility tools. We may add new commercial features over time, including online checkout or hotel booking, with additional terms shown when those features launch.
2. Accounts
Provide accurate information when registering and keep login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify connect@flyharam.com promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Shop and orders (COD)
Browse products, add items to cart, and place orders for delivery where available. Descriptions, prices, and availability may change. An order is accepted only when we confirm it. Payment is cash on delivery (COD) only: you pay the courier when your order arrives. Fly Haram does not process payments in the app or on the website at this time. Order issues: connect@flyharam.com.
4. Hotels and listings
Hotel listings are for general information only. We do not own or operate listed hotels unless clearly stated. Distances, ratings, availability, and prices may change — verify with the hotel before you travel. Listing a hotel does not guarantee availability. Future booking features, if added, will have separate terms.
5. Blogs, videos, and imam profiles
Articles, videos, and imam profiles are published for general information and discovery on our platform. They are provided by Fly Haram or third parties and may not always be complete or up to date. Third-party media may have separate copyrights.
6. Acceptable use
Do not break laws, upload harmful or misleading content, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or overload services, interfere with other users, or use the platform for fraud. We may restrict access if these Terms are violated.
7. Intellectual property
Fly Haram branding, design, software, and original content are protected. Do not copy or distribute without permission. Content you submit remains yours, but you grant us a license to use it to operate the service.
8. Disclaimers
Fly Haram is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service, or that all information is complete or current. Travel and purchase decisions are your responsibility.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fly Haram is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from use of the service. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant COD order in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if no order was completed.
10. Changes to the service and Terms
We may modify, suspend, or add features to the platform. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use means acceptance.
